We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a Nursing Assistant with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in a care department and/or knowledge of the journal systems Cosmic and Lifecare.

What you will work with

As a Nursing Assistant with a team leader assignment with us, you will have an exciting and varied role where you both lead and plan the operations while also working clinically as a nursing assistant. Here you really get the chance to make a difference, both for your colleagues and for the patients! You will be the one who keeps the daily work together by planning and distributing resources, solving short-term absences, and ensuring that onboarding and training days run smoothly. You will be an important link between staff, students, and the organization and have the opportunity to contribute to both development and structure. In addition, you will, when needed, support with orders, develop routines, and take delegated management responsibility in the absence of the unit manager. The role combines leadership and clinical work, giving you a dynamic everyday life where you can both develop and influence.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent position in your base position full-time. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening, weekend work is included. Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
